PRIVACY POLICY

At Mule & Leaf, we do not sell, store, or use any of your closely protected private and personal information that you provide in the inquiry form. You can peruse until the cows come home without that pesky little chat box going nuts, but rest assured I'm here when you need me or have questions. We make an effort to set a space for you to feel as comfortable as possible to sincerely cultivate a trusted environment. In an ever-growing privacy-invasive world, we do not reach out to those individuals who have not initiated first contact.

All services are solely for the purpose of providing a detailed visual of design, floorplans, and elevations to your third-party contractors. These are not IBC Engineer stamped plans, but may be taken to an engineer for further planning. We do make an effort to follow IBC and ADA compliances where applicable geographically.

 You may review the policies in place with your trusted third-party banking branch when it comes to online purchases. We use a local-to-Vermont third-party bank to verify payment. Services are nonrefundable and all purchases with Mule & Leaf are final once verified. Please discuss with us any and all questions before proceeding with checkout.

We do not offer subscriptions or expired discounts.

We reserve the right to refuse service. The refusal of said service will not be in any way discriminatory, it will only be a result of unwillingness to work with unsavory demeanors rivaled by none other than my two year old. 

While we guarantee the promise to remain professional throughout the entire process,

we expect that courtesy in return. We are not here to gentle parent our clientele.

It is the clients' sole responsibility to discuss any and all project plans with their municipality, ensure that whatever design Mule & Leaf creates is within code and building limits set forth by the client's town.
