Please note that all residential reconfigurations are very custom and each is an incredibly interpersonal use of time with your designer, and as such, the services rendered during the design process are not refundable. This is a final sale product. Sometimes, more or less time is needed for a design, so we charge a flat rate of $100/hour for the first 10 design hours, and $50/hr thereafter.

*The designer is only privy to what the client choses to share in terms of what the current floorplan entails. This can be difficult to nail down a reconfigured design if the client is not up front about such important things. Photos and measurements of spaces looking to be reconfigured are very helpful and sometimes required at the start of this specific design process.
